Responsibilities

Lead daily operations to meet production goals and deadlines
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees
Ensure adherence to safety and quality policies
Train, mentor, and motivate employees to enhance team skills and performance
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency
Maintain accurate employee and production records

Basic Requirements

Associate Degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years leadership experience

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or a related field
Knowledge of production processes and quality standards
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
