We’re seeking a skilled and curious Instrumentation and Controls Technician to help keep our plant running safely, efficiently, and reliably. In this role, you’ll work with plant instrumentation, PLCs, HMIs, and control systems to install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment that supports daily operations. You’ll play an important part in minimizing downtime, solving technical issues, and helping production systems perform at their best in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on problem solving, learning new technologies, and collaborating across teams. You’ll support operations and maintenance by using PLCs, electrical test equipment, and system tools such as Asset Centre and RSLinx to diagnose issues, replace failed electrical components, upload and review PLC and HMI data, and assist with code changes under the guidance of experienced technicians.

You’ll also contribute to equipment improvements, capital projects, and new product commercialization efforts by identifying opportunities to enhance reliability, performance, and process capability.

• 2 year technical degree in electrical technology plus 1 year of experience working with PLC controls, logic circuits, pneumatic and electrical equipment; OR High school diploma or State issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of experience working with PLC controls, logic circuits, pneumatic and electrical equipment.
• Required to climb stairs and ladders; required to conduct work at heights.
• Knowledgeable of Electrical Safety procedures.
• May be required to work a rotating shift/schedule (e.g., day, swing, graveyard, 5x8, 4x10) as well as weekends and overtime.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
• Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
