Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production equipment used to manufacture color and additive concentrates. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing experience who are looking for long-term stability and growth.
Key Responsibilities- Set up and operate manufacturing equipment according to job specifications
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Follow work orders, production schedules, and safety procedures
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Accurately complete production and quality documentation
- Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read and follow job specifications and work instructions
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
