Operate an electric jack to load 2,500 cases of palletized products per 8-hour shift;
Document on a load diagram of what products are put on trailers, and in what position and quantity;
Maintain clean and safe working environment and adhere to safety PPE requirements;
Participate in Company and department safety programs;
Works at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products
