Scout Motors in Blythewood, SC seeks a General Assembly Quality Supervisor to lead a team ensuring build quality across the assembly process. You will prevent defects, drive root cause analysis, and partner with Production, Engineering and Logistics to meet stringent quality targets from pre-series to SOP.
You’ll develop training plans for hourly and salary Quality Members, oversee KPI results, and ensure adherence to VDA standards and procedures.
