Daedalus Industrial is seeking an experienced Assembly Lead to oversee the on-site assembly team, ensuring parts are fabricated and assembled to blueprints and drawings with hands-on leadership.
The ideal candidate has 10+ years in assembly or manufacturing, strong blueprint-reading skills, robotics experience, and the ability to train and mentor team members while stepping in for management when needed. This full-time role runs Mon-Thu, 6am–4:30pm, with a pay range of $22–$36 per hour.
