Work onsite all of the time
Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour , based on experience, welding skills, and successful completion of the weld test, with opportunities for continued pay growth and career advancement.
Schedule- Monday-Friday
- 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Overtime may be available based on production needs.
- Perform MIG and TIG welding on aluminum components in accordance with engineering drawings and manufacturing specifications.
- Fabricate and assemble aluminum parts used in the production of precision manufactured products.
- Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and welding symbols to ensure dimensional accuracy and product quality.
- Set up, operate, and adjust welding equipment while maintaining production standards.
- Perform fixture and jig changeovers as required.
- Load and unload fixtures and components throughout the production process.
- Inspect completed welds to verify quality, strength, and conformance to specifications.
- Perform grinding, finishing, and minor fabrication work as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety and quality procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manufacturing Manager.
- Minimum of one (1) year of aluminum welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in both MIG and TIG welding is required.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and engineering drawings.
- Experience using grinders, fabrication tools, precision measuring instruments, and welding equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Ability to stand, bend, crouch, and lift materials throughout the workday.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Candidates must successfully pass a pre-employment MIG/TIG weld test.
