Perdue Farms - - Responsibilities:
Receive, set, and transfer approximately 991,440 eggs per week, with minimal damage and maximum hatchability;
Clean and sanitize the hatchery environment, including equipment and ducts, to reduce mold and bacteria;
Operate tray wash and separator machines to maximize throughput with minimal product damage;
Safely transport and process approximately 250,000 chicks daily with accurate distribution and quality control;
Follow management directives and SOPs to support hatchery operations and team morale
