The Plant Maintenance / Continuous Improvement Engineer is responsible for driving operational excellence through Lean manufacturing, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and structured problem-solving methodologies. This role ensures optimal equipment reliability, production efficiency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

- Analysemanufacturing processes and equipment performance using Lean tools, root cause analysis, and data analytics to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, focusing on Single-Minute exchange od Dies (SMED), AM/PM implementation...etc
- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen events, value stream mapping,robots / machine integrationsanddaily management activities) to enhance safety, quality, delivery, cost, and innovation metrics including Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF) and spare parts availability.
- Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs to improve equipment reliability, uptime, and preventive maintenance effectiveness.
- Leads Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to drive machineuptime, focusing.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and CNC machining systems using diagnostic tools, technical documentation, and engineering methodologies.
- Utilize software tools such as ERP systems, maintenance management systems (CMMS), and data analysis platforms to track performance metrics and maintenance activities.
- Lead root cause investigations using methodologies such as 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and corrective/preventive action systems (CAPA).
- Identify, prioritize, and manage improvement projects, including automation,process optimization initiative sand robot applications development / integration, ensuring measurable results.
- Evaluate and improve production workflows through time studies, process mapping, and waste elimination strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, quality, and maintenance to implement sustainable improvements.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to communicate progress and results to plant leadership.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment through risk assessments and adherence to PPE requirements.
- May supervise or lead cross-functional project teams and provide technical guidance to maintenance technicians and production staff.

- Minimum 3 years of experience applying Lean principles in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Kaizen facilitation and measurable improvements.
- Ability to influence and lead change in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with automation and machining processes preferred.

- Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
- 10+years' experience with automation integration and electrical maintenance
- Experience working in machining a plus.
