Pol-Tech Machining is looking for a skilled CNC Machinist / Programmer to join their team in Woodruff, SC! • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision machined components
• Write, edit, and optimize CNC programs using G-code and CAM software
• Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T specifications
• Perform in-process quality inspections using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make program or tooling adjustments as needed
• Select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and work holding equipment for each job
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with shop standards

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist and/or CNC Programmer in a precision machining environment
• Proficiency in G-code programming and CAM software (Mastercam)
• Specifically looking for expertise in Swiss Lathe, EDM (or willing to learn quickly), and/or multi-axis milling (3, 3+2, full
  5).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T callouts
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or multi-axis machining centers
• Strong understanding of speeds, feeds, tooling, and material properties
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to tight tolerances and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced shop environment
