The SB Knitter I plays a crucial role in the textile manufacturing process by operating and maintaining knitting machines to produce high-quality fabric products. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3rd Shift 12:00AM-8:00AM Tuesday-Saturday
• Basic understanding of knitting machinery and textile production processes.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience operating knitting machines or working in textile manufacturing.
• Familiarity with different types of yarns and fabric characteristics.
• Basic mechanical skills for troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Experience with quality control procedures in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented production setting.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor knitting machines to produce fabric according to production schedules and quality specifications.
• Inspect knitted materials for defects and ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of knitting equipment to ensure optimal machine performance.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to correct production issues and improve fabric quality.
