• Ensure surfaces are ready for coating through thorough cleaning, sanding, and priming.
• Demonstrate proficiency in the metal preparation of structural steel.
• Utilize pressure pot spray equipment to apply industrial enamel primers and topcoats.
• Take ownership of the preparation and coating process for industrial machinery.
• Blend and calibrate paint shades to reach exact finish requirements.
• Utilize diverse application methods, such as rolling, brushing, and spraying, to ensure uniform coverage.
• Review completed items to guarantee they meet our high standards for quality and uniformity.
• Support a safe and efficient workplace by keeping your station tidy and following all safety guidelines.
• Work alongside colleagues to ensure all project goals and technical specs are achieved on time.
• Keep painting tools and machinery in good working order through regular upkeep.
• Improve your professional capabilities by keeping pace with modern industry methods and developments.
• Maintain a schedule of Monday through Thursday from 7 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM, with optional Saturday morning shifts.

• Completion of high school or a GED; vocational training in painting is beneficial.
• Demonstrated background working as an industrial painter or in a comparable position.
• Deep understanding of safety regulations, painting materials, and application methods.
• Capacity to comprehend and follow complex technical drawings and project requirements.
