What You'll DoAs a CNC Machinist, you will set up, program, and operate a variety of CNC grinding equipment used in the production of cutting tools while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC grinding and manufacturing equipment.

Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs.

Operate centerless grinders, cylindrical grinders, CNC tool grinders, cut-off machines, and precision measuring equipment.

Accurately enter quality, SPC, production, and other required data into company systems.

Perform routine equipment maintenance and assist with major repairs as needed.

Meet established productivity, machine utilization, and cycle time goals.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Follow all company safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications High School Diploma or GED.Strong work ethic and commitment to safety.

Attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Ability to understand workflow impact and production priorities.

Preferred Qualifications 1-3 years of experience working with CNC machines in a manufacturing, mechanical, or process industry.

Experience with CNC grinding equipment and precision measuring instruments.

Pay Classification: W3 ($19.00 - $35.68)
