This position requires at least 1 year of previous manufacturing experience.

Pay Rate : $17.00/hour

* Shifts:

2nd shift:
Monday-Friday, 3pm-11:30pm*
* _Must be willing to work frequent overtime (up to 7 days a week)_

** What's a typical day as an Assembly Worker? You'll be:*
* + Operating and troubleshooting production line machinery

+ Collecting parts, preparing kits of material for production, and creating kits according to manuals

+ Assisting with accurate inventory records

+ Monitoring quality and making adjustments to keep products within specifications

+ Maintaining a clean, organized work area and ensuring all equipment is safely locked out when not in use

+ Completing essential process documents and daily reports

+ Supporting team members, providing on-the-job training for new hires, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement

+ Achieving competency in all assigned Assembly Technician functions, including assembly and inspection of braking system components

+ Using required tools, gauges, and equipment proficiently

** This job might be an outstanding fit if you:*
* + Have basic reading, writing, and math skills

+ Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment (Assembly Worker)

+ Demonstrate manual dexterity to operate machinery and computers

+ Can lift up to 50 pounds and are willing to work overtime as needed

+ Are dependable, punctual, positive, and have a strong work ethic

+ Are committed to workplace safety and wearing required Personal Protective Equipment

+ Are physically able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds and perform regular standing, walking, reaching, and handling of materials
