CNC Machinist
$26.00/Hour | 1st Shift
HTI is hiring a CNC Machinist for a growing manufacturing company. We are seeking an experienced CNC professional who can independently set up, calibrate, troubleshoot, and optimize CNC equipment to support high-quality production. Pay Rate$26.00 per hour
Shift1st Shift
Monday - Thursday: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Friday(HALF DAY): 6:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Set up, calibrate, and prepare CNC machines for production runs
- Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and cutting parameters
- Load and verify CNC programs and machine settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Troubleshoot machine issues and make adjustments to maintain production efficiency
- Perform routine machine maintenance and preventative maintenance tasks
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
- Maintain setup, production, maintenance, and quality records
- Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to improve processes
- Train machine operators on proper machine operation and safety procedures as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Previous CNC setup experience required
- Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes
- Proficiency with G-Code and M-Code programming
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience selecting tooling, fixtures, and machining parameters
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Technical training in CNC machining or manufacturing technology preferred
- Competitive pay at $26.00/hour
