We are seeking a Operator 2, Bakery-Production - 1st Shift 1 Palletizer Operator to join our team at our bakery location. As a Operator 2, Bakery-Production - 1st Shift 1 Palletizer Operato r, you will be accountable for operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment to support safe, efficient, and high-quality food production. This role is critical to ensuring products consistently meet customer specifications, food safety requirements, and production targets.

• Operate and adjust production equipment to ensure products meet quality and specification standards.
• Monitor manufacturing processes to support efficient and consistent production output.
• Maintain production materials and supplies to minimize operational interruptions.
• Complete production documentation and reports accurately and timely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards.
• Identify and communicate food safety, quality, maintenance, and production concerns.
• Follow production schedules, recipes, GMPs, and operating procedures to ensure consistent results.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills related to production equipment and processes.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, production schedules, and recipes.
