Key Responsibilities:- May assist with preparing loads, staging material and moving material in the yard.
- Notify supervisor of current or anticipated maintenance needs.
- Verify load is secure and weight evenly distributed.
- Verify trailer load to ensure conformance with shipping documents.
- Transport material through shop/yard.
- Load trailers safely and efficiently.
- Forklift Operation.
- Crane/hoist operation.
- Correctly fill and maintain paperwork for outgoing loads.
- Other duties as requested.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
- Physical ability to work and maneuver around work areas.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and follow written instruction.
- Able to pass Random DOT & Company drug test.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Good math skills.
