We are seeking an Operator 3, Bakery – Production to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Operator 3, Bakery – Production
, you will be accountable for operating automated production and packaging equipment, ensuring product quality, food safety, and production efficiency standards are met. This role plays a key part in maintaining seamless production operations, supporting equipment performance, and contributing to a safe, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Operate and adjust production and packaging equipment to ensure products meet quality and food safety specifications.
• Monitor production processes and equipment performance to maintain operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment and product issues, escalating concerns when necessary to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Maintain accurate production documentation, reports, and operational records.
• Support equipment start-ups, shutdowns, changeovers, and preventative maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs, production schedules, recipes, and established operating procedures.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas while contributing to overall team performance and production goals.
