Explore Industries periodically hires manufacturing professionals for a variety of production and support roles within our facilities. These positions play an important role in producing high‑quality fiberglass pools, spas, swim spas, and auto pool covers, and related components.

Depending on your experience and interests, opportunities may exist in areas such as:

• Fiberglass lamination
• Assembly and finishing
• Welding and fabrication
• Material preparation
• Foam and gelcoat applications
• Product handling and loading
• Quality inspection
• Facility and Equipment Maintenance
• Warehouse and production support
• Loading and distribution

Responsibilities will vary by position but may include:

• Performing hands‑on production work in a manufacturing environment
• Operating tools and equipment used in fiberglass, metal fabrication, or fabric assembly
• Performing facility and equipment maintenance, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance
• Following safety procedures and company quality standards
• Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
• Meeting production schedules and performance expectations
• Supporting continuous improvement efforts across the production floor

Education & Experience:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not always required
• Experience with fiberglass, composites, welding, fabrication, sewing, or facility/equipment maintenance is a plus
• Ability to read basic instructions, follow procedures, and learn new processes
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required by the role
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment that may involve standing for extended periods and working in varying temperatures while following all safety and PPE requirements

• Starting pay varies based on position and experience, typically ranging from $17.50 to $20.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on experience and job‑related skills.
• Performance is reviewed throughout your first year, with the opportunity for increases of up to 25% based on individual contribution and skill development.
