General Laborer

We are currently looking for Production Machine Operators to join our machine and plastics team in Clover, SC. In this role, you will assist with daily manual operations, support our custom plastics manufacturing and CNC teams, handle thermoplastic materials, and ensure the facility remains safe and efficient.

• Machine Operation: Fabricate PVC product by loading raw materials in to a punch press machine
• Material Handling
  :
  Load, unload, stack, and move plastic pipes, fittings, sheets, and raw materials throughout the shop and warehouse safely.
• Shop & Fabrication Support
  :
  Assist machine operators, CNC technicians, and fabricators by prepping materials, sorting components, and packaging finished plastic products.
• Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by clearing debris, organizing tools, and adhering to plant safety guidelines.
• Instruction & Workflow
  :
  Report directly to the Plant Manager on daily assignments and complete tasks in a timely, safety-conscious manner.

What You'll Bring as a Preferred Candidate:

• Experience
  :
  Prior experience in a manufacturing, plastics, machine shop, or warehouse setting is preferred, but not required— we are willing to train the right candidate!
• Language Skills
  :
  Ability to speak and understand English is preferred; bilingual candidates are strongly welcomed.
• Reliability
  :
  Dependable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor throughout an 8-hour shift, as well as lift large bulky plastic components or materials as needed.
