Recruiting Solutions is seeking a skilled CNC Laser Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team. If you have CNC machining experience, enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment, and take pride in producing quality work, we encourage you to apply!

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting machines
• Load raw materials and oversee production runs
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools
• Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain accurate production records
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1-3 years of CNC machine operation experience (laser cutting experience preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring instruments
• Basic knowledge of G-code is a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
