You’ll support brand growth and enrollment by managing ambassador programs, delivering insight-led campaigns, and ensuring the Connections Academy story is told consistently and effectively. This role aligns with titles such as "Brand Manager", "Marketing Manager", "Brand & Campaign Executive / Manager", "Partner Marketing Manager".
The Advanced Associate, Brand is a hybrid strategist-operator who supports day-to-day brand management and helps strengthen relationships with families who act as brand ambassadors.
This role synthesizes insights, ensures brand consistency across channels, and partners closely with external agencies, Creative Services, PR, and Social teams to mobilize ambassadors and amplify authentic family stories aligned to our brand platform.
Families are one of the most credible voices of the Connections Academy experience. This role helps ensure our story is told consistently and authentically, building awareness year-round and confidence during enrollment peaks.
Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Management & Governance
Support monitoring brand consistency across creative assets and copy
Family Ambassador Program
Manage the operational rhythm of the Family Brand Ambassador program including onboarding and engagement
Content & Social Collaboration
Partner with social and agency teams to deliver brand and ambassador driven content
Insights, Measurement & Reporting
Aggregate insights from surveys, campaign data, and social channels
Operations & Ways of Working
Follow established workflows and approvals for creative and brand reviews
3–5 years’ experience in brand marketing, community or advocacy programs, or consumer insights
Experience managing stakeholder relationships or ambassador/influencer communities
Experience with marketing analytics or social listening tools
Strong writing and editing skills
Strong project management and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and brand awareness
Strong organizational and communication skills
Cross-functional collaboration
Basic data analysis and reporting
Adaptability and problem-solving
Customer-focused mindset
Familiarity with project management tools and basic tracking systems
Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The pay range for this position is as follows (subject to applicable state laws):
The minimum full-time salary range is between $65,000 – $85,000.
This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Details on benefits offered are provided by Pearson.
