A commercial real estate company is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for their Columbia office. This is a wonderful opportunity for a marketing professional looking to join an outgoing team that offers promising growth opportunities. Demonstrated Adobe InDesign skills are required.
This direct hire position is onsite 5 days per week.
Responsibilities- Support real estate brokers with marketing strategy and execution
- Design content for social and marketing collateral
- Update property listings on the website
- Strengthen brand identity and consistency
- Organize company calendar and events
- Participate in industry events
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite
