Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbia, SC. The Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive business growth, and support sales initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities will include creating marketing plans, conducting market research and analysis, overseeing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and evaluating the performance of marketing initiatives.

The Marketing Manager will also work to establish relationships with external partners and assist in new product launches.

Qualifications
  • Proficient in designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, social media management, and email marketing
  • Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and developing targeted marketing strategies
  • Content creation skills, including writing, editing, and managing brand messaging for diverse platforms
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in data analytics, marketing tools, and software to measure campaign performance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal teams and external vendors
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in B2B or industrial marketing is a plus
