Description:
The Listing & Social Media Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based at The Moore Company’s Columbia, SC office. This position is responsible for managing property listings across digital platforms, ensuring accurate, compelling descriptions, and consistent branding. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating listing details with agents, preparing and updating listing materials, and organizing photos, videos, and other marketing assets. The coordinator will create and publish social media content, monitor engagement, and support digital marketing campaigns that highlight listings, company updates, and community events.
Additional responsibilities may include basic analytics reporting, maintaining a content calendar, and collaborating with the team to enhance the firm’s online presence and client experience.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Content Creation and Writing to develop clear, engaging property and brand messaging.
- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing to manage campaigns, grow audience reach, and support lead generation.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively with agents, clients, photographers, and vendors.
- Relevant skills such as attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and time management are beneficial.
- Experience with real estate listings platforms, social media tools, and basic analytics is preferred.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
- Comfort working in an on-site, team-oriented environment and adapting to changing priorities is important.
