As our Senior Integrated Communications Strategist, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients while leading integrated communications strategies that drive measurable results.

• Lead strategic communications and marketing initiatives for a portfolio of agency clients.
• Build strong client relationships and serve as a senior strategic partner.
• Develop project scopes, timelines and budgets while ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Guide cross-functional teams to successfully execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Ensure all deliverables align with client brand standards and campaign objectives.
• Provide strategic leadership across earned, shared and owned media channels.
• Help develop audience research processes and strategic communications recommendations.
• Represent Flock and Rally during client meetings, presentations and industry events.
• Stay ahead of evolving communications trends, technology and best practices.
• Mentor team members while fostering collaboration across the agency.

We’re looking for someone who is equal parts strategist, communicator and relationship builder.

• 7–9 years of experience in public relations, communications or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with mastery of AP style.
• Experience leading integrated communications strategies and managing client relationships.
• Strong understanding of earned media, social media, content marketing and audience engagement.
• Knowledge of today’s evolving communications landscape.
• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation, communication and leadership skills.
• A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering exceptional client service.

This is a full-time, nonexempt position based in the Columbia, South Carolina area. We offer a flexible hybrid work environment; however, candidates must live locally and be available for client meetings and occasional evening or weekend events.
