Summary / Objective

Blair Cato Pickren Caster line, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing to drive the firm's day-to-day marketing engine, with a primary mandate to grow the firm's social media presence and scale its podcast and You Tube network, Dishin' Dirt, into a leading source of real estate and legal content in South Carolina.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who lives in the content — planning it, producing it, posting it, and growing it — while also keeping a steady hand on the rest of the marketing function. The role carries general oversight of CRM-integrated campaigns, brand consistency, and vendor coordination
, but the top priority is measurable growth in followers, subscribers, views, downloads, and engagement across social and video/podcast channels.

This position oversees content, social media, and marketing support staff and vendors
, and reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

This position is a full-time, exempt marketing leadership role that requires strong content, analytical, and cross-functional communication skills.

• Own social media strategy and growth targets across Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and You Tube, setting follower, engagement, and reach goals by platform and market.
• Build and manage the content calendar; develop platform-specific content including reels, carousels, short-form video, and long-form posts.
• Write and/or oversee copy in Blair Cato's brand voice: professional, warm, local, and authoritative.
• Run always-on growth tactics, including posting cadence, hashtag/SEO and AI strategy, community engagement, and paid social boosts where appropriate.
• Develop holiday, milestone, and awareness campaigns (e.g., International Women's Day, National Homeowner Month).
• Coordinate with attorneys across offices to source quotes, stories, and market-specific insights for content.
• Track and report social KPIs weekly/monthly, including follower growth, engagement rate, reach, and content performance by platform and market.

• Own subscriber, download, and viewership growth for the Dishin' Dirt network on You Tube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts.
• Manage the flagship shows
  - Dishin' Dirt (hosted by Gary Pickren) and Dishin' Data (rotating managing attorneys) - including scheduling, production coordination, and episode calendars.
• Coordinate attorney hosts across markets (Columbia, Horry County, Spartanburg, Greenville, Camden, Sumter, and others) for the Dishin' Data rotation.
• Develop and refine episode templates, production workflows, and distribution processes to increase output and consistency.
