A well-established, locally owned hospitality company is seeking a Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead its digital marketing strategy and elevate the brand across multiple social platforms. • Develop and execute organic social media strategy across all major platforms.
• Create engaging photo, video, and written content that showcases the brand.
• Manage Meta Ads campaigns and support SEO, Google Ads, and website content.
• Coordinate property photography, content shoots, and marketing campaigns.
• Partner with leadership and internal teams to drive brand awareness and bookings.

• Experience managing social media strategy and content for a consumer-facing brand.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Linked In, You Tube Shorts, and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency with Canva, Cap Cut, Adobe Premiere, or similar creative tools.
• Working knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
• Vacation rental, hospitality, or luxury travel marketing experience preferred.

• Competitive salary of $65,000–$75,000
