Position Summary

The Donor Relations Coordinator is a key support role within Ezekiel Ministries' Development Team. This position focuses on stewarding our donor relationships through consistent, Christ-centered communication while supporting the operational needs of fundraising. Working closely with the Director of Development, this role helps ensure donors feel valued, informed, and connected to the mission.

Key Responsibilities Donor Stewardship & Relationship Support
  • Serve as a support contact for monthly and recurring donors
  • 50% of time spent on donor connection via phone calls and email
  • expectation is 10+ calls a day to current/lapsed donors
  • Build personal relationships through calls, emails, handwritten notes, and follow-ups
  • Execute donor appreciation and retention efforts
  • Support donor recognition and acknowledgment initiatives
Development Operations Support
  • Support day-to-day fundraising and stewardship activities
  • support development director with networking events
  • Assist with campaigns, appeals, and special projects
  • Help prepare donor correspondence and basic reports
Donor Data & CRM Management
  • Maintain accurate donor records in the CRM
  • Process gifts and ensure timely acknowledgments
  • Assist with reporting and donor tracking
Administrative & Team Support
  • Support scheduling, task tracking, and donor follow-ups
  • Assist with mailings and donor communications
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure mission-aligned messaging
Qualifications & Core Competencies
  • Passion for Ezekiel Ministries' mission and faith-based work
  • Strong relational, written, and organizational skills
  • High attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Comfortable with databases/CRMs or willing to learn
  • Collaborative, teachable, and service-oriented
