National Mental Health Corps Ameri Corps Volunteers serve with Bridges of Hope to expand access to grief-informed mental health education, prevention, and support for children, youth, and families affected by grief, trauma, and loss.
During service term, volunteers receive training in Mental Health First Aid and QPR, and support grief programming, school-based activities, outreach initiatives, and resource coordination within the community.
