Nurse Practitioner

Job Title

Nurse Practitioner to work under the supervision of the physician to manage internal medicine cases. Ideal candidates should be self-motivated, and organized, possess a detail-oriented work ethic with compassionate caregiving, have excellent time-management skills, and be proficient in working independently and in a small team environment.

• South Carolina medical license.
• Proficiency with medical instruments and equipment required to perform your work.
• Knowledge of computer-based data management programs and information systems, as well as medical records and point-of-interview technology.

• Responsibilities will consist of medical and medication management of patients.
• Will provide quality care to patients, evaluate and treat patients based on findings and conditions, medication management, perform approved procedures according to the scope of practice and guidelines, and use Electronic Health Records with accuracy.
