- Pediatric patient with cerebral palsy
- Nonverbal and non-ambulatory
- 100% G-tube dependent for nutrition and medications
- History of seizures
- Requires skilled, attentive nursing care and developmental support
- Home includes two cats (one is the child’s support pet)
- 4-, 8-, and 12-hour shifts (Morning & Evening options)
- Provide safe, skilled pediatric nursing care in the home
- Administer G-tube feedings and medications
- Monitor for and respond to seizure activity
- Support daily routines and comfort needs
- Communicate effectively with family and care team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Active RN or LPN license in South Carolina
- Pediatric nursing experience required
- Hands-on experience with G-tubes (required)
- Experience with seizure disorders preferred
- Reliable, compassionate, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a home with cats
- Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time)
- Consistent, private-duty case
- Supportive family and care team
- Meaningful, one-on-one pediatric care experience
