As a Wound Care Nurse (RN), you will provide specialized care focused on skin integrity and wound healing
. You will collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans that improve resident outcomes and quality of life.

• Provide direct wound care and skin treatments per physician orders
• Assess, monitor, and document wound progress and treatment effectiveness
• Develop and update individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate staff on wound care best practices and prevention strategies
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Ensure adherence to infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

• Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current CPR certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Prior wound care experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Point Click Care  (PCC) preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Passion for resident-centered, quality care
