Charge Registered Nurse

As a Charge Nurse, you will lead the hemodialysis team, supervise direct patient care staff, and promote positive relationships with patients, families, guests, physicians, and coworkers using tactful and appropriate communication.

• Serve as the hemodialysis team leader, providing day-to-day direction and supervision to direct patient care staff.
• Promote positive public relations with patients, families, guests, physicians, and coworkers.
• Use tactful and appropriate communications in all work-related interactions.

• Registered Professional Nurse with current state licensure.
• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, including at least 3 months in maintenance dialysis care (or as required by state guidelines).
• Meets state/licensing requirements.
• Hemodialysis experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certified.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and procedures.
• Strong communication skills with clients and colleagues.
• Proven leadership ability.

• $29.95 - $48.67 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.
