Your Health Organization is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Visiting Nurse/Case Manager team serving the Mt. Pleasant area. The RN will visit patients at homes and facilities, coordinate with providers, and initiate telemedicine visits as needed.
Travel is required daily with a valid driver’s license. This full-time role follows a typical 8am-5pm schedule, supporting care management across our SC service area.
