Your role involves:

• Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedofhemodialysis.
• Providingdirectpatientcaretoinpatientsinneedofhemodialysis.
  
  Supervisingcareandtreatments,conductingpatientassessments,creatingpersonalizedcareplans,andaddressingpatientconcerns.
• Buildingrewardingrelationshipswithpatientsbyunderstandingtheirphysical,mental,and emotional needs to aid in their recovery.
• Educatingnursingstaffonthecareofthehemodialysispatient,hemodialysisequipment,and hemodialysis standards of care.

• CurrentRNlicensuresasrequiredbystate regulations.
• CPR certification
• ACLSwithin1yearofhire
• CRRNcertificationpreferred(Ifyoudon'thaveit,wecanhelpyoutoobtainit!)
• 6monthsdialysisnursingexperience required.
• 1yearofexperienceininpatienthospitalsetting preferred.
