Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Edgefield County Jail. As part of our healthcare team, you will:

• Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and correctional staff to deliver safe, quality patient care
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and patient focused healthcare environment
