We are seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct resident care and assist residents with daily living activities while helping create a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with feeding and hydration as needed
- Take and document vital signs
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and repositioning
- Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to nursing staff
- Maintain accurate documentation of resident care
- Promote resident dignity, comfort, independence, and quality of life
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to provide exceptional care
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Current South Carolina CNA certification in good standing
- Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) preferred
- Compassion for an underserved population
