RN Supervisor Evening
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RN Evening Supervisor to join our team at Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Ridgeland, South Carolina. As a Full-time RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of care to residents on assigned units, assessing resident needs, developing care plans, and administering nursing care. Your expertise will drive exceptional patient care, ensuring a positive experience for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Supervise the delivery of care to residents on assigned units, including assessing resident needs, developing care plans, and administering nursing care
- Coordinate with therapy and nursing departments to optimize reimbursement and make decisions regarding decertification and discharge
- Implement established nursing policies and procedures on the unit, educating nursing support staff according to facility guidelines
- Supervise and perform treatments or venipunctures, as needed
- Track infection control, exposure control, and resident care trends to provide proactive improvement
- Fill in as Charge Nurse when necessary
- Audit nursing charges as instructed by Director of Nursing
- Registered Nurse with a current GA state license
- Current CPR certification
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
- Must be able to pass level 2 fingerprinting with an Eligible status.
