IVX Health in the East Bay Area is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to deliver high-quality infusion care at the Berkeley Infusion Center.
Schedule:
4 shifts per week, Monday-Thursday with rotating Saturdays, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
You will provide on-site and remote supervision, conduct patient assessments, document SOAP notes, educate patients and families, maintain HIPAA-compliant records in the EHR, and support care coordination across multidisciplinary teams in outpatient infusion
