Your role involves:

• Providing direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Supervising care and treatments, performing assessments, and creating personalized care plans.
• Building relationships with patients to support recovery and well-being.
• Educating staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards of care.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification; ACLS within 1 year of hire.
• CRRN certification preferred (we can help you obtain it).
• Inpatient hospital experience preferred.
