Registered Nurse - Medical ICU

The role is for a Registered Nurse in the Medical ICU, responsible for leading the healthcare team by establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. The nurse collaborates with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support a peaceful death, using evidence-based practices and compassion. Key responsibilities include managing patient care in accordance with policies and procedures, fostering a safe environment, and contributing to a remarkable patient experience.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of acute nursing experience.
• Active RN licensure and BLS certification required.
• If licensure has been inactive for five years or more, a Board-approved refresher course is necessary.

• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
