• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
• Strong communication skills for interactions with young children, staff, and families
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Knowledge of common pediatric health issues and emergency protocols
• Ability to assess, intervene, and respond appropriately to student health concerns across multiple grade levels

• Provide daily health support for students in 1st–5th grade, including administering medications and first aid
• Maintain clear, accurate health records and documentation per school guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers and staff regarding health plans and accommodations
• Communicate with parents and guardians about student health issues and updates
• Implement health and wellness programs that promote student well-being
• Assist with care plans for chronic conditions (asthma, diabetes, allergies)
