About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse RN at Ridgeland Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct patient care to residents with complex medical needs
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Monitoring patient responses to treatments and adjusting care plans as needed
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to physicians or other healthcare professionals
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and plan for future care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse RN license in the state of South Carolina
• Current CPR
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
