As a Registered Nurse with Bell's Home Care Professionals, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality care to clients in the comfort of their own homes. Our mission is to provide safe, caring, and efficient home care services to individuals of all ages, and we are seeking a talented and motivated RN to help us achieve this goal.

• Provide skilled nursing care to clients in their homes, including wound care, medication management, and education

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of client needs

• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Maintain accurate and timely records of client care and services provided

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in home care

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of South Carolina

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to provide high-quality patient care with attention to detail

• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
