The Rehabilitation Center of Cheraw is seeking an Admission and Quality Nurse Specialist to manage clinical evaluation, admission and recertification processes for residents, while coordinating quality assurance activities. You will ensure regulatory compliance and support operational excellence.
Under Administrator supervision, you will lead QAPI initiatives, prepare reports for leadership, and participate in clinical rounds. RN or LPN/LVN license in state and LTC exposure are required.
