Location: Pawleys Island

Lakes at Litchfield in Pawleys Island, SC is seeking a compassionate CNA for our skilled rehab team. The CNA provides direct resident care including ADL assistance, mobility support, toileting, feeding, and restorative services under nurse supervision. This role monitors and reports changes in condition, documents care accurately, and follows care plans and safety protocols. CNAs support a hospitality-driven, resident-centered culture by engaging with residents, families, and teammates to promote dignity, comfort, and wellness in a collaborative senior living environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support safe transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices for rehab residents
  • Assist with meals, hydration, and feeding per care plans and safety guidelines
  • Monitor and promptly report changes in resident condition, behavior, or needs to licensed nursing staff
  • Accurately document care, intake/output, and restorative activities in accordance with facility policies
  • Follow infection control, safety, and fall prevention protocols at all times
  • Support restorative and rehab-focused interventions to promote resident independence and function
  • Build warm, respectful relationships with residents and families, supporting a hospitality-driven culture
  • Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and team members to deliver coordinated, person-centered care
  • Maintain clean, organized resident rooms and common areas and protect resident dignity and privacy
