Integrity In-Home Care LLC is seeking a dependable and motivated Registered Nurse (PRN) to complete in-person supervisory and assessment visits for our non-medical home care clients. This position is ideal for a nurse looking for flexible, as-needed work with immediate start availability.

• Conduct in-person client assessments and supervisory visits
• Complete required documentation accurately and timely
• Ensure caregivers are following care plans and company policies
• Communicate updates with office staff and care team
• Travel to client homes in Aiken, Barnwell, and surrounding areas

• This is a non-medical home care agency
• No hands-on medical care is required
• Visits are primarily oversight, assessments, and compliance-based

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Must be available to start immediately
