Role Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides leadership within the healthcare team by establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems. They collaborate with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote health or support end-of-life needs.
Responsibilities:The RN utilizes evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey. They are responsible, authorized, and accountable for managing and delivering care in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Current RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.
- At least one year of relevant nursing experience is preferred.
- If licensure has been inactive for five years or more, a Board-approved refresher course must be completed prior to reinstatement.
The role involves floating between multiple facilities, with shifts during night and mid-shift rotations. Full-time position requires weekend and holiday rotations. Relocation assistance may be available.
