Dialysis Nurse

Role Overview: The Hemodialysis RN provides specialized inpatient care to patients undergoing hemodialysis, collaborating within an interdisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, tailored treatments that improve patient outcomes.

• Key Responsibilities:
  
  Deliver direct patient care, supervise treatments, conduct assessments, develop personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs. Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis standards and equipment.
• Qualifications & Skills:
  
  Current RN licensure per state regulations, CPR certification, ACLS within one year, and at least six months of dialysis nursing experience. Preferred experience includes inpatient hospital settings and CRRN certification (assistance available to obtain).
